Jason's New Challenge
Leading manufacturer of advanced material handling systems for loading and unloading cargo, Caljan Rite-Hite, welcomes Jason Barratt as Service Manager. This follows the launch of its new service packages, to control and reduce the lifetime costs of materials handling equipment.
Jason, who joined the company in November 2004, is busy setting up a Service Department, which will offer service contracts for all Caljan Rite-Hite products.
This includes an extended warranty option on new Safe Track telescopic booms, available from 31st January 2005.
If a 2 year inspection or service contract is signed for a Safe Track machine, a 2 year warranty is offered, and with a 4 year service contract comes a 4 year extended warranty. The warranties include regular service visits according to the usage of the product, an inspection of the machine both mechanically and electronically, and a written report.
Jason commented, "At Caljan Rite-Hite, we take service very seriously. Breakdowns reduce productivity and increase costs, which is why regular servicing of materials handling equipment is good practice, as they can prevent this from happening. The new extended warranty offer proves our confidence in the quality of our products. I am pleased to have joined the Caljan Rite-Hite team, and look forward to future opportunities as Service Manager for the company."
