Arca Systems At An All-Time High

Record-breaker! Highest ever recorded sales in 2004 for Arca Systems. This is an impressive 100% increase over a period of three years, for the European market leader in plastic products and systems for materials handling.

Throughout 2004, Arca Systems secured contracts with big names such as Boots and Aston Martin. Its returnable transit packaging products have also been a success in the food processing industry. The company supplied a large number of boxes to GlaxoSmithKline, the name behind Ribena, for the shipment of blackcurrants. This contract continues into the new year.

The UK branch of Arca Systems is located in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Tim Ansell, Managing Director, took over the position in 2001, and sales have doubled since his appointment.

Tim commented, "2004 has been a tremendous success for Arca Systems. To have reached record sales since I started is a massive achievement for the company and all its dedicated employees. We have fought off stiff competition for some contracts and have made a reputable name for ourselves in the industry. The new year will be a challenge for the materials handling industry, but with new orders lined up and some big projects in the pipeline, I anticipate that 2005 will be another good year for Arca Systems."
